Stuffed Mini Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 chicken thighs, boned | ||
| Salt Melted butter or margarine | ||
| Apple-Raisin Stuffing, below(or use 12 tablespoons chopped chutney) | ||
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt.
Working with pieces skin side down, divide Apple-Raisin Stuffing among boned thighs, spooning it onto center of each.
Fold sides over stuffing and fasten with a small skewer.
Place chicken seam side down in a greased shallow baking dish and brush with the melted butter.
Bake at 400°F 20 minutes.
Turn thighs and continue baking for 20 minutes, or until tender.
