| Ghee | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Wash the lady fingers well.
2 Wipe them dry with a cloth.
3 Cut and remove both ends and slit lengthwise.
MAKING
4 In a bowl, combine amchoor, turmeric, salt, coriander, and black pepper.
5 Use this mixture to stuff in lady fingers.
6 In a frying pan, heat the ghee.
7 Add in the ladyfingers and fry them on low heat until tender.
SERVING
8 Serve hot with chapatis.
