Stuffed Hens Hawaiian Recipe

| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Drained crushed pineapple | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chopped nuts | 2 Tablespoon (Macadamia For The True Hawaiian) | |
| Cornish hens | 2 | |
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Stir in stuffing, egg, pineapple, and nuts.
Stuff the hens with this mixture.
Heat shortening in cooker and brown the hens.
Add salt, pepper, and pineapple juice.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached and control jiggles, cook for 8 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
If desired, place hens under broiler until crisp.
Serve.
