Ingredients

 
2 large halibut steaks or other fish fillets
 
1 small onion, minced
 
1 teaspoonful paprika
 
1 cupful cooked rice
 
1 teaspoonful salt
 
1 cupful soft bread crumbs
 
1 teaspoonful poultry seasoning
 
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
 
1/4 teaspoonful pepper

Directions

Combine the rice, bread crumbs, crushed, drained pineapple, onion and seasonings.
Spread this dressing on the fish fillets and place in a baking pan.
Add the juice from the can of pineapple and bake in a hot oven of 450° F. for about 40 min. or until tender.
