Stuffed Eggs Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 hard cooked eggs | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tsp. chicken seasoned stock base | ||
| 1/4 tsp. instant onion powder | ||
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Anchovies | ||
| Olive slices | ||
| Capers | ||
Directions
Cut eggs into halves, crosswise; slice a small cap off ends.
Remove yolks; mash or force through sieve.
Add mayonnaise, stock base, onion powder, pepper, curry powder, salt and chicken; mix thoroughly.
Refill egg whites, piling yolk mixture high.
Cap with smaller portion of white; top each with rolled an chovies, sliced ripe or stuffed olives and capers.

Refill egg whites, piling yolk mixture high.
