Stuffed Cucumber Rings Recipe
Stuffed Cucumber Rings has a Sole taste.The Pepper and Mushrooms gives the Stuffed Cucumber Rings Stimulating taste.
Ingredients
2 cup ucumbers 8" to 9" long
Salt
FOR THE FILLING :
2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp ajwain (oregano)
1 cup hopped green chilli
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup love chopped garlic
1" chopped celery
100 gms chopped mushrooms
1 slice bread soaked in water with water removed
Salt and pepper
Oil for shallow frying
Directions
Slice off the 2 ends of the cucumber and slice 1 thick rounds.
Remove the centre, apply salt and keep the cucumber'aside whilst you do the filling.
FOR THE FILLING : Melt butter add ajwain, chilli, onion, garlic and cefery and fry until onion is golden.
Add mushrooms and further fry for 2 minutes.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Fill the cavity of the cucumber rings up to the brim and shallow fry in oil, browning on both sides.
Remove the centre, apply salt and keep the cucumber'aside whilst you do the filling.
