Ingredients
Brinjal(wash and slit 4 side)-50g
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice-1tsp
Water as required
For Masala to Grind:-
Dry RedChillies-6
Dhainya Seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-2tsp
Channa dal-2tsp
Desicated Coconut-2tsp
Haldi or Turmeric-Pinch
Roasted Sesame seeds-1tsp
Roasted Gram-2tbsp
Cinanmon-2 pieces
Marati Moggu-1
Cloves-1
Coriander-1/2 stalk
Water and grind it.
For Seasoning:-
Oil-2tsp
Mustard Seeds-1tsp
Curry Leaves-15 leaves
Directions
First wash Brinjal and cut 4 sides .
Stuff the Grinded masala inside the brinjal keep aside.
In a pressure cooker add Oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds,curry leaves and fry for a sec.
Then add the stuffed brinjal,water little,salt,lemon juice and taste it.
Then close the lid and take out when 1 whistle comes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with Rice,chapati,roti
