Stuffed Bhindi Recipe
Stuffed Bhindi is simple to make and is very tasty. The chilli powder gives the Stuffed Bhindi a sizziling taste. Must catch it

| 250 gms tender okras | ||
| 2 tbsp coriander seed powder | ||
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE STUFFING) | |
| 1 tsp cummin seed powder | ||
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, mashed (FOR THE STUFFING) | |
| 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves | ||
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (FOR THE STUFFING) | |
| Salt | To Taste (FOR THE STUFFING) | |
Directions
Wash and dry okras.
Tail them keeping the tops on, and slit on one side.
Mix the stuffing ingredients together and lightly fill the slit side.
If there is any left over filling, mix all the okras in it.
Then mix them with the other 2 tbsp of oil and microwave for 15 minutes, stirring in between.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
