'Stuffed' Beef Cut Recipe Video

Ingredients
Rice (cooked)
Bread crumb
Beef cut
Red/green peppers
Chopped onions
Shredded carrot
Dash of rosemary
Crushed peppercorn
Worcestershire sauce
Red wine
Parsley
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
2. Slice beef meat, make open pocket.
3. Sprinkle with a dash of rosemary, and crushed peppercorn.
4. Add a bit of worcestershire sauce.
5. Stuff meat pocket with rice, bread crumb, onion, and carrot.
6. Fold over beef.
7. Pour a bit of red wine over beef.
8. Place beef in an oven safe pan.
9. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
10. Add ample of red wine over baked beef.
11. Cut beef in half.
12. Serve to plate with drippings and parsley.
