 Pork1/2 pound, minced (Filling:)
 1 stalk scallion, chopped fine
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Sherry1 Teaspoon (Filling:)

 Bean curd square3 (Filling:)
 Sesame seed oil1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:)

Directions

Mix the ingredients for the filling well together and let stand for a few minutes.
Cut each square of bean curd into 2 triangles.
Scoop a hole in the cut side and fill with the meat mixture.
Place them in an ovenproof serving bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil.
Place a rack in a large saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack, cover and steam for 1/2 hour.
Serve hot in the bowl.
