Pork Stuffed Bean Curd Recipe

Ingredients
| Pork | 1/2 pound, minced (Filling:) | |
| 1 stalk scallion, chopped fine | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |

| Sesame seed oil | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| Bean curd square | 3 (Filling:) | |
| Sesame seed oil | 1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
Directions
Mix the ingredients for the filling well together and let stand for a few minutes.
Cut each square of bean curd into 2 triangles.
Scoop a hole in the cut side and fill with the meat mixture.
Place them in an ovenproof serving bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil.
Place a rack in a large saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack, cover and steam for 1/2 hour.
Serve hot in the bowl.
