Stuffed Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients
4 frozen artichoke hearts
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 finely diced small carrot
1 finely diced baby turnip
Salt
Pepper
3 1/2 oz cooked ham
3 tbsp petits pois
1 tbsp chopped chervil
3 tbsp mayonnaise
4 large lettuce leaves
4 black olives
Directions
Put the artichoke hearts, still frozen, into a casserole or on a plate, pour the lemon juice over, cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Leave to cool in the casserole.
Put the carrot and turnip in a bowl with 3 (2) tablespoons of water.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, drain under cold running water.
Cut the ham into dice the same size as the vegetables.
Put it into a bowl with the carrot, turnip, petits pois and chopped chervil.
Add the mayonnaise and stir carefully.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry on kitchen paper.
Arrange on a serving platter.
Drain the artichoke hearts and place one on each lettuce leaf.
Carefully fill each one with the ham and vegetable mixture.
Decorate with black olives
