 Wheat flour120 Gram
 Meat180 Gram, minced
 Raw Eggs 2 No.
 Baking Po. 2 gms.
 Choped garlic 2 Tea Spoon
 (one for fry minced meat and one spoon for sauce)
 Chopped onion 4 Tea spoon
 Tomato Sauce 3 Tea spoon
 Chilli Sauce 2 Tea spoon
 Salt To Taste
 Butter50 Gram
 Roasted Sea Some Seed 1 Tea spoon
 Tomato Sauce 6 Tea spoon
 Chilli Sauce 4 Tea spoon
 Refined Oil 4 Tea spoon
 Salt To Taste (For Sauce:—)
 Brocesster Sauce 1 Tea Spoon
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Sauce:—)

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Mix together raw egg, baking powder, flour and water well to make a soft dough.

MAKING
2)In a thick bottom pan, heat butter. Add in sea some seed, garlic, onion and minced meat. Stir cook for 20 to 25 minutes over reduced heat.
3)Now add in minced meat sauce, salt and chilli. Stir to combine for 2 to 3 minutes.
4)Make small balls of dough and roll them out into small circular discs. Take help of round shaped pan to cut them in equal size.
5)Spoon some mixture over dough disc. Brush edges of disc with raw egg and seal them. These are the wontons.
6)In a big bowl, boil water. Place the wontons in water and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
7)Once cooked, take out wontons from water.

FINALIZING
8)For the sauce, in a pan heat oil. Saute garlic, salt, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, Brocesster sauce, water and cook until volume reduces to half of original.

SERVING
9)Serve wontons hot with sauce.
