Stuffed-With-Tuna Mushrooms Recipe
A truly magical recipe for Stuffed-with-tuna Mushrooms not only looks nice but also tastes great! I cant believe you still haven't attempted to prepare my Stuffed-with-tuna Mushrooms recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup large mushrooms
2 envelopes instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 cup water
4 ounces canned tuna, drained
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
Salt and pepper
Directions
Remove stems from plump mushrooms, slice stems and combine with caps in saucepan.
Add broth mix to water, bring to boil, cover and simmer for a few minutes.
Drain; reserve liquid and serve separately as hot broth.
Transfer whole mushroom caps to shallow baking dish, hollow side up.
Combine tuna, sliced mushroom stems, lemon juice, seasonings and enough of the reserved broth to moisten the stuffing.
Mix well and pile high in caps.
Place in baking pan with 1/2 cup water and bake at 375° F. for 10 minutes.
