Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 20 Large | |
| 3 Tbs. fat-free chicken broth | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 1/4 lb. lean white meat skinless ground turkey | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/3 cup grated non-fat mozarella cheese | ||
| Lemon pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ricotta cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Spaghetti sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
Heat chicken broth in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey.
Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Preheat your broiler and place in oven for 2-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
