Ingredients

 Fish stuffing
 Trout4
 Butter1 Tablespoon, softened
 Carrot- 1, cut in 1/4-inch dice
 Onion-1, cut in 1/4-inch dice
 Thyme- a good pinch
 Bottled clam juice- 1 cup
 Medium dry white wine- 1/2 cup
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Butter4 Tablespoon, softened
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Start by preparing the stuffing, then chill it.
2. Take the trout and stuff and sew its cavities
3. In aluminum foil pan, butter the bottom properly
4. In the pan, add carrot and onion, also sprinkle thyme, and place the pan on a grill
5. Take the fish and lay it on the vegetables, and pour clam juice and wine over it, then cover the pan with buttered foil
6. Take the fish out from the pan and put it in a hot platter
7. In a saucepan, pour the pan juices along with the vegetables, now add cream and
blend flour with butter, over heat and stir into sauce.
8. Cook and stir til thick
9. Finally add lemon juice and seasonings over the fish trout

SERVING
10. Serve this sauce on the side
