Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium tomatoes - 4, peeled | ||
| Cream-cheese stuffing | ||
| Cream cheese | 4 Ounce, softened | |
| Half-and-half - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Vegetable oil | 6 Tablespoon (Dressing) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Pepper | 1 (Dressing) | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped (Dressing) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. From the each tomato bottom cut out a thin slice.
2. Reserve the slices. This can be used as hats for tomatoes while serving.
3. Scoop out the seeds and pulp with a spoon from the stems end.
MAKING
4. In a bowl mix cream cheese, half-and-half, and 1 teaspoon chives.
5. Spoon the Cream-Cheese Stuffing into each tomato.
6. In another bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon chives.
7. Pour the dressing over tomatoes.
8. Chill up to 2 hours.

9. Serve on salad greens.
