Ingredients

 Medium tomatoes - 4, peeled
 Cream-cheese stuffing
 Cream cheese4 Ounce, softened
 Half-and-half - 2 tablespoons
 Chives1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Vegetable oil6 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Pepper1 (Dressing)
 Chives1 Teaspoon, chopped (Dressing)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. From the each tomato bottom cut out a thin slice.
2. Reserve the slices. This can be used as hats for tomatoes while serving.
3. Scoop out the seeds and pulp with a spoon from the stems end.

MAKING
4. In a bowl mix cream cheese, half-and-half, and 1 teaspoon chives.
5. Spoon the Cream-Cheese Stuffing into each tomato.
6. In another bowl combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon chives.
7. Pour the dressing over tomatoes.
8. Chill up to 2 hours.

SERVING
9. Serve on salad greens.
