Crab Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large, firm tomatoes | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Crabmeat | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 green pepper, seeded, cored and finely chopped | ||
Directions
Slice the tops off the tomatoes.
Scoop out the flesh then turn the empty tomato cases upside down to drain.
Reserve the tops.
Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and cream.
Stir in the crabmeat and green pepper.
Fill the tomato cases with the crabmeat mixture and replace the tops.
Chill before serving.
