Stuffed Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes, medium sized, 4 to 6 | ||
| Lettuce, 1 head | ||
| Cucumber, 1 sliced | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Filling :) | |
| Grapes | 2 Tablespoon (Filling :) | |
| Salt, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Filling :) | |
| Salt, pepper, french dressing to taste | ||
| Salt, pepper, french dressing to taste | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients of the filling and make as many balls as there are tomatoes.
Cut tomatoes in a lotus fashion
Remove seeds.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Wash lettuce and separate leaves.
Arrange on a plate.
Place tomatoes on them.
Put one ball in the centre of each tomato.
Fix cucumber slices between petals of tomato flower.
Pour french dressing all over.
Chill and serve with mayonnaise.
