1/4 cup sprouted lentils
 
1/4 cup sprouted lentils
 
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, cubed
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise
 
Salt to taste freshly-ground pepper
 
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

Cut tops off tomatoes.
Hollow out.
Sprinkle with salt and turn upside down to drain for 15 minutes.
Combine lentils, cheese cubes and mayonnaise.
Season to taste.
Fill tomatoes with mixture and serve on fresh salad greens.
