Stuffed Squid Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Squid | 8 Medium | |
| Pork | 175 Gram, minced | |
| 1 spring onion stalk,chopped | ||
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 500 Milliliter | |
| Light soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped spring onions, to garnish | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Clean the squid rataining the tentacles.
Mix the minced pork with the spring onion stalk, salt, pepper and cornflour.
Stuff the squid with a little of the pork mixture and secure the tentacles to each one with half a cocktail stick.
Set aside any leftover stuffing mixture.
Bring the water to the boil in a large saucepan.
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add the stuffed squids and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in any leftover stuffing mixture and adjust the seasoning.
