Stuffed Sole Fillets With Marinara Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups prepared Marmara Sauce | ||
| 2 pounds large sole fillets | ||
| 1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs | ||
| Minced parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Black olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Heat Marinara Sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Keep warm.
Lay the fish fillets out on a work surface.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss together the breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, olives and capers.
Divide and distribute over the top of the fish fillets.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Brush fish with olive oil.
Rotate the fish rolls in the Flat Standard Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
