Stuffed Snow Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen peas | 2 Dozen | |
| Whipped cream cheese- 3/4 cup , softened | ||
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Orange rind, grated | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 If using frozen snow peas, thaw them well.
2 Neatly trim the ends from snow peas.
MAKING
3 In a steaming basket, put the snow peas.
4 Quickly dip the basket into boiling water, and remove immediately.
5 To allow quick cooling, place the snow peas in a bowl of ice water.
6 Remove from the water and refrigerate.
7 In a bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice, horseradish, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
8 Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.
9 Carefully slit one side of each pea pod, using a sharp knife.
10 In a decorating bag fitted with tip number 18, fill the cream cheese mixture.
11 Into each snow pea, pipe about 1 1/2 teaspoons cream cheese mixture
12 Sprinkle with grated orange rind.
13 Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

14 Serve chilled.
