Ingredients

 Snow peas100
 Cream cheese1 pound, softened (Filling)
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated (Filling)
 Catsup3 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Dill weed2 Teaspoon, dried (Filling)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon (Filling)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon (Filling)
 Salt 1 Teaspoon (Filling)
 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

Directions

Arrange snow peas in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
Let stand about 1 minute.
Drain peas well and immediately plunge into ice water.
Drain again.
Trim 1/4 inch from stem end of each pod and discard.
Set peas aside.
For filling: Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well.
Using pastry tube fitted with 1/4- to 1/8-inch tip, pipe filling into cut end of each pea pod.
Chill until ready to serve.
