Directions
Brown sirloin or chuck in olive oil in a large skillet.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.
Boil pasta shells until al dente.
Drain shells and put back into the pot.
Stir ricotta into shells, add the meat, stirring it also into the shells.
Pour the mixture into a casserole and top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
