Stuffed Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsp (45 ml) oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 lbs (1.4 kg) ground beef
10 oz (284 ml) canned chicken gumbo soup
1/2 Cup (125 ml) chili sauce or ketchup
2 tsp (10 ml) mustard
Salt and pepper
24 salad rolls
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– In a skillet, heat oil, fry onions, then add ground beef and fry until meat is fully cooked.
– Add other ingredients, stir, let mixture simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until nearly all the liquid has evaporated, then let stand to cool.
– Slit rolls in half, length wise, and spoon small amount of mixture into each, then wrap in aluminum foil.
– Warm stuffed loaves for 20 minutes in oven before serving.
