Ingredients

 Flounder1 Pound
 Oil1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Cheddar Cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Pureed tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole grain bread crumbs3 Tablespoon

Directions

Brush filets with oil.
Combine onion, salt, parsley, oregano and pepper.
Sprinkle on filets, then top with grated cheese.
Roll each filet, starting with the narrow end, fasten with toothpicks and place side by side in an oiled baking dish.
Pour pureed tomatoes over rolls and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Remove toothpicks and serve.
