Stuffed Roast Kid Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 kid or baby lamb (about 12 pounds) | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |

| Ground coriander | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pistachio nuts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Rub animal inside and out with minced onion, salt, pepper, and coriander.
Combine all other ingredients except butter; stuff and sew up animal.
Roast on spit over charcoal or in pan in preheated slow oven (325°F.), basting frequently with butter.
