Ingredients

 Roasting chicken1
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken liver1 , chopped
 Butter/Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Raisins1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Pine nuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Lemon2 , juiced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Wash and dry chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients except lemon juice.
Stuff chicken with mixture and sew up vent.
Rub with lemon juice and roast, uncovered, in preheated slow oven (300°F.) for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with lemon and pan juices.
