Stuffed Prunes Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 oz/100 g cream cheese | ||
| Orange rind | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 16 pitted no-need-to-soak prunes | ||
| Walnut halves | 16 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix the cream cheese with the orange rind, salt and pepper.
Fill each prune with this mixture and top with a walnut half.
Serve with cocktails, cheese straws and stuffed olives.
