Cheese Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

 Potatoes : 6 large, even-sized.
 Milk powder3 Tablespoon
 Cheese : 3 tbsp grated
 Salt, pepper and powered maceto taste

Directions

1. Scrub the potatoes, pierce and bake in a moderate oven until they are tender.
2. Cut into half crossways.
3. Scoop out about half the inside from each piece.
4. Mash along with cheese and seasoning and chopped coriander and green chillies.
5. Mix well and return to the shell potatoes.
6. Cover with foil and further bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
