Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
4 medium-size russet potatoes
1/2 cup (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
4 green onions, thinly sliced (including tops)
8 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly.
Prick skin in several places with a fork; wrap each tightly in heavy-duty foil.
Place on grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of medium-glowing coals and cook, shifting packet several times, for about 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when squeezed.
Split cooked potatoes lengthwise.
With a fork, slightly mash potato and mix 1 tablespoon butter into each half.
Evenly spoon onion, bacon, and cheese over each, mixing lightly.
