Stuffed Potato Boats Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Large | |
| 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk | ||
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Sage | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup Butter Buds® | ||
| Paprika | 1 Dash | |
Directions
1. Bake potatoes at 400° for about 45 minutes. Cut in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out insides and mash with remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix thoroughly.
3. Spoon mashed potatoes into shells on baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
