Stuffed Pork Spare Ribs Recipe Video

Directions
MAKING
1) Remove all the connective tissue and excess fat from the pork ribs
2) Also remove the back membrane for the spare ribs to be tender
3) Coat the pork ribs with salt, ground black pepper and garlic flakes seasoning on both sides
4) Allow to rest for a while
5) In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, add the diced onion
6) Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper
7) To it add the diced celery and mix well
8) Add the chicken stock to moisten the mixture
9) Place the rack of ribs on the grill and allow to sear on both sides quickly
10) Once the racks are seared, take them off the grill and place them on a baking tray
11) Onto one rack, spread the breadcrumb mixture and spread evenly
12) Top the stuffing with some sliced onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, apple slices which is completely optional
13) Place the other rack onto the top and then using string, tie the racks together to secure the stuffing
14) Cover the racks in aluminum foil and place it on the grill
15) Cover the grill and cook the racks for up to 3 hours
