Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Oleo | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Progresso breadcrumbs - 2 cups | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Double pork chops - 4, cut with pockets | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Paprika - to taste | ||
| Oleo | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Half and Half | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a skillet, melt oleo, add onion and celery and cook till soft; toss them all with the breadcrumbs and fill the chops with this mixture
2. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper and bake at 350°F for forty five minutes on foil, without covering it
3. For the white sauce, in a skillet, melt oleo, add flour and Half and Half cream and cook, stirring, until thick; season with salt and pepper
SERVING
4. Pour cream sauce over the chops and serve hot
