Stuffed Pecans Recipe
Stuffed Pecans recipe is very precious to me because it was passed on to me by my mom. My friends tried this Stuffed Pecans the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup)
80 large pecan halves
Directions
Melt chips in very small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in enough sugar to make stiff mixture.
Refrigerate, if needed.
