Cheese & Raisins Stuffed Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 6 Ounce | |
| 2 tablespoons golden raisins, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes and drained | ||
| Walnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 ripe peaches or 4 canned peach halves | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Make 12 small balls by mixing cheese, sultanas (raisins) and nuts together.
2) Take four individual bowls or glasses and arrange the peach halves on lettuce leaves.
3) On each peach half place three cheese balls.
SERVING
4) Chill and serve.
