Stuffed Pasta With Gorgonzola Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb. stuffed pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, or agnolotti (preferably stuffed with cheese mixture)
 
3/4 cup heavy cream
 
4 oz. Gorgonzola (blue) cheese, cut into pieces
 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 
3 slices prosciutto
 
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Directions

Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
In large saucepan, combine over medium heat until cheese is melted.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Add stuffed pasta and saute in sauce for 2-3 minutes.
Add to above and mix well.
Chop coarsely and serve over top individual pasta dishes.
Sprinkle over top and serve.
