 Yellow onions4 Large, pounded
 Butter/Margarine6 Tablespoon
 Cornbread mix2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oregano leaves1/8 Teaspoon
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cheese sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pull the onion skin and make a central cavity by leaving shells of 1/2 inch.
2.Take a paper towel, keep the hollowed onions on it upside down.

MAKING
3.In a 1 cup glass measuring cup, put butter and heat it for 1 minute at High in Microwave oven.
4.Mix melted butter with stuffing mix, oregano leaves and water.
5.Fill the onion cavities with the stuffing.
6.Take an 8 inch square glass baking dish, put the onions in it and cover with waxed paper.
7.Heat the onions for 16- 18 minutes at high in microwave oven.
8.Turn the dish one quarter after every 4 minutes.
9.Once done, allow to settle for 5 minutes.

SERVING
10.Serve the stuffed onions with cheese sauce.
