Stuffed Mushrooms Florentine Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 | |
| Herb seasoned bread stuffing cubes - 1 cup | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 20 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
MAKING
2. Wash and drain spinach.
3. Pat dry between kitchen towels.
4.Mix together all the ingredients but the mushrooms.
5.Clean the mushrooms, stem them.
6.Spoon stuffing into mushroom caps.
7.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
SERVING
8. Serve with melted butter, sour cream and cheese.
