Salami Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushroom crowns - 2 6-ounce cans broiled | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Salami | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (Salad oil - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Smoke-flavored cheese spread - 1/4 cup | ||
| Catsup | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Fine soft bread crumbs - for sprinkling | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Drain the mushrooms and make a cut to hollow out the crowns.
2.Cut the mushrooms to make them 3 tablespoons.
3.Preheat the oven to 425degrees.
MAKING
4.Heat oil and cook onions and chopped mushrooms in it.
5.Add salami, cheese spread and catsup to the mixture and fill the crowns with it.
6.Add a sprinkling of crumbs and bake the crowns for 6- 8 minutes.
SERVING
7.Serve warm.
