 Chives2 Tablespoon, minced
 Hot pepper sauce1 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean and drain mushrooms. Hollow out stem sides slightly.

MAKING
2) In a bowl mix remaining ingredients.
3) Spoon some of the mixture on top of each crown.
