Stuffed Mushroom Caps Recipe Video
This is a very healthy and quick to prepare snack recipe! You should try out this stuffed mushrooms recipe.
Ingredients
15 mg finely chopped onion
15 mg finely chopped garlic
15 mg finely chopped bell pepper
15 ml melt butter
5 mg oregano
cilantro
120 ml shredded cheddar cheese
2 crackers
4 medium/large white button mushrooms
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F(204 degrees C).
2. Remove stems of mushrooms and finely chop them.
3. Combine chopped stems, garlic, onion, bell pepper, crackers and oregano in a small bowl.
4. Add half the cheddar cheese and butter to the bowl and mix them well.
5. Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
6. Sprinkle the mushrooms with remaining cheese and dash of cilantro.
7. Put the mushrooms over a pan/ foil paper.
8. Place the pan/foil carrying mushrooms in the oven and bake them for 8 minutes.
9. Serve immediately.
