Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
1 egg
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded natural mozzarella cheese
2 thin slices boiled ham
2 tablespoons chopped stuffed green olives
Directions
In medium bowl, combine meat, 1 can tomato sauce, egg, bread crumbs, green onion, celery, salt and peper; mix well.
In 12x8-inch dish, shape one-half of meat mixture into an 8x5-inch rectangle.
Top with cheese, ham and olives.
Spread remaining meat mixture over cheese, ham and olives.
Seal edges all around.
Pour remaining can of tomato sauce over meat.
