Stuffed Manicotti Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Stir well and spoon into shells.
Be careful that the shells do not break.
Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 8-inch square baking pan.
Arrange stuffed shells in single layer over sauce.
Cover with one cup spaghetti sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in 350° oven for about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly
