Ingredients

 1 pkg. basic beef mix, defrosted
 1 1/4 cups quick-cooking rice
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Basil leaves1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Green peppers4 Large
 Cheddar Cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

In medium mixing bowl combine beef mix, rice, tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper.Remove tops, pulp and seeds from peppers.
Fill each with one-fourth of beef mixture.
Place in 8x8-in baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 10 to 15 minutes, or until peppers are tender and rice is rehydrated.
If desired, top with cheese during last minute of cooking.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
