Ingredients

 Sesame seeds4 Tablespoon
 Ground coriander2 Teaspoon
 Mango powder3 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Soft sugar1 Teaspoon
 Water1 Tablespoon
 Green chillies1 2
 Corn oil4 Tablespoon
 1/2 teaspoon onion seeds
 Onions3 , diced
 Fresh coriander
 Lemon wedges

Directions

Dry roast the sesame seeds, shaking the saucepan all the time to prevent them from burning.
Roast the seeds until some bits are darker than others.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer to a dish to cool.
Meanwhile, mix the ground coriander, mango powder, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar and water together in a bowl.
Once the sesame seeds have cooled, put in a food processor or a spice grinder and grind until they are powdery.
Blend them with the spice mixture; if you find that it is too dry, stir in a little water to make a very thick paste.
Prepare the green chillies by slitting them in the middle, making sure they remain intact at the ends.
Fill the split chillies with the spice mixture.
Heat the oil in a karahi or deep frying pan, carefully add the stuffed chillies, about 4 at a time, and fry until they are cooked.
Remove from the oil and set aside.
Fry the onion seeds and onions in the oil remaining in the pan over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a serving dish.
Place the fried chillies on top of the onions and serve garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
