Stuffed Fresh Pork Shoulder Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft bread crumbs | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 tablesp. minced green pepper | ||
| 2 tablesp. minced onions | ||
| 1 c. canned whole-grain corn | ||
| 4 tablesp. melted butter, margarine, fat or salad oil | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 6-8 lb. boned pork shoulder | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients but the pork, and use to stuff the shoulder.
(Boning it has left a pocket.) Tie up firmly with string and roast, as in Roast Stuffed Shoulder of Pork.
