Stuffed French Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| French bread loaf | 1 Small | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Crab meat | 6 Ounce | |
| Cheese spread | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Softened butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mayonnaise to moisten | ||
Directions
Blend cheese and butter until smooth.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cut French bread in half, lengthwise.
Remove some of the bread in the center to make a shallow trench in each half.
Cover each trench with cheese spread.
Add mayonnaise to crabmeat to moisten and spread over the cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cut into serving pieces.
