Stuffed Flank Recipe
Ingredients
| Flank | 800 Gram | |
| Breadcrumbs | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Hard-boiled egg - 1 chopped | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pork | 300 Gram, minced | |
| Bacon | 100 Gram, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Carrots | 2 | |
| Potato | 1 | |
| Marrow | 1 | |
| Celery stick | 1 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix together, minced pork, bacon, breadcrumbs, cheese, hard-boiled egg, parsley, onion and garlic.
2. Then season the mixture and combine with beaten eggs.
3. In the flank make a slit, stuff with the mixture and sew it up.
4. In a saucepan simmer the flank with the vegetables covered with water gently for 2 hours.
SERVING
5. Serve hot with desired garnish.
