 Flank800 Gram
 Breadcrumbs6 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped
 Eggs3
 Hard-boiled egg - 1 chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
 Pork300 Gram, minced
 Bacon100 Gram, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Onions2
 Carrots2
 Potato1
 Marrow1
 Celery stick1
 Tomatoes2
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix together, minced pork, bacon, breadcrumbs, cheese, hard-boiled egg, parsley, onion and garlic.
2. Then season the mixture and combine with beaten eggs.
3. In the flank make a slit, stuff with the mixture and sew it up.
4. In a saucepan simmer the flank with the vegetables covered with water gently for 2 hours.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with desired garnish.
