Stuffed Dates Recipe
Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pitted dates | 1 1/2 Pound |
Directions
Gradually add 4 cups of the sugar to milk, blending well.
Mix in salt and extracts.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup sugar on board and knead fondant till smooth and creamy, working in the sugar.
Wrap in foil and let ripen 24 hours in refrigerator.
Stuff dates and top with walnut halves.
